BRING SKINCARE THAT FEELS LIKE HOME TO YOUR CAMPUS. 

Matte Equation is redefining skincare, pairing science-backed formulas with immersive experiences to support stress relief, recovery and better sleep. We believe skincare should feel like a reset, not a routine.

Now, we're looking for students who believe the same. If you're a natural connector, storyteller or wellness enthusiast, we want to invite you to help us grow the Matte Equation movement, right where you are.

WHAT YOU'LL DO.

As a Campus Rep, you’ll become a local voice for Matte Equation. You'll bring the Matte Equation experience to life in a way that feels organic, calming and completely you. Your job is simple:

  • Spread the word about our products, philosophy and campaigns

  • Host wellness-driven activations (e.g., study break skin resets, sleep kits or feel-good drop-ins)

  • Share your routine on social and inspire others to slow down

  • Be a sounding board for future campaigns and products

WHAT YOU'LL GET.      '

  • A monthly stipend, plus commission or gift cards for every referral and sale

  • Access to exclusive monthly campaigns, workshops and tools

  • One-on-one mentorship from the Matte Equation team

RECRUITMENT
